Refund policy

All books guaranteed. If you don't like your purchase, return it for a
full refund. We want collectors to be happy with their collections.

How long you have
Contact us within 14 days of delivery to start a return. Email
bruce@rawcomics.net or call 650-833-8226 and we'll walk you through it.

Condition
Books must come back in the same condition they were sent. How you pack
it is up to you — just make sure it can't bend or shift on the way.
Every book we sell is photographed individually, so the copy you receive
is the copy in the listing and we both know exactly what it looked like.

Return shipping
If the book isn't as described, or it arrived damaged, we pay return
shipping. If you simply changed your mind, return postage is yours.
Either way, send it back tracked and insured for the full purchase price
— until it's back with us, it's still your book.

Your refund
Once the book is back and checked, we refund the full purchase price to
your original payment method. Original shipping is refunded when the
fault was ours.
